Be careful. Not everything on television or on the Internet is true.

1. There is no such thing as a sure deal. If they could guarantee you that there would be no losses, they would never want your investment. 
2.  In business, there are no money back guarantees. 
3. If you need to pay money (no matter how little the amount is) to make money, it is a red flag. Proceed with caution.
